The Epitome of Style: Bangkok’s Emporium Gets a Makeover

A red carpet welcome awaits shoppers at the newly re-launched Emporium on Bangkok’s Sukhumvit Road.  Extensive renovations have been revealed, with a ramp now connecting the redesigned façade to the Skytrain walkway.  The Emporium will then provide easy access to the two new buildings in the mega project: EmQuartier and The EmSphere.  Slated for a March 2015 opening, these two new branches sit on the opposite side of Sukhumvit Road, and will make The Emporium Bangkok’s most up to the minute shopping destination.

 

 


The company invested over 3,000 million baht on the renovation with the concept of New Visage, Metaphor and Utterance. The façade features a new, luxurious design, while the BTS connection has a more natural look to complement the façade. The interior has been completely renovated from merchandise to décor to create a new shopping experience that is the epitome of style.

“The Emporium is the heart of The EM District – a modern, world-class retail district consisting of The Emporium, EmQuartier and The EmSphere located in the heart of Sukhumvit surrounding Benjasiri Park.  We plan to become a world-class retail and travel centre that will launch soon,” Vice Chairwoman of The Mall Group Company Limited and Chairwoman of The Emporium Group Company Limited Supaluck Umpujh said.

In addition to unveiling the renovated shopping complex, The Emporium is holding Rêve de Noël to celebrate Christmas and New Year in majestic fashion with special activities for customers, retailers, partners and the press to express appreciation for continuously supporting The Emporium.  The decoration of lights and white-gold colours conjures festive feelings. Music, ballet, aerial performances lead up to a final celebratory party.

Items include a top and skirt in white and gold by SIMONE ROCHA; cosmetic set from BURBERRY BEAUTY; an exclusive gold leather bag available only at The Emporium from S’uvimol.
