Surf in the City at Centara Grand
Following on from the success of the Champagne Surf and Turf Sunday Brunch, the Centara Grand Hotel at Central World has introduced a Surf in the City lunch to be held every Friday.
Diners can savour the most dramatic city views as they dine on the finest seafood and juiciest cuts of meat, while a selection of fine wines helps to start the weekend in style.

The buffet features a wide variety of smoked fish and shellfish, including salmon, cod, barramundi, red snapper, eel, trout, mackerel and scallops. Glistening on a bed or ice are prawns, oysters, sashimi, salmon, tuna and lobster, while a selection of dips and condiments are available for all tastes, along with a range of salads, including prawn salad with Iberico ham, Sicilian tomato bread salad with black mussels and crayfish dill salad with yoghurt and salmon roe.
International chefs are on standby to cook your choice of main course to order. Choose from dishes such as Banana Leaf Wrapped Seabass, Grilled Spiny Lobster, Crab Parpadelle, Paper Thin English Cut Roast Beef with Yorkies, Traditional Fish and Chips, Charred Australian Lamb Loin or Filet Mignon.
An all you can drink wine buffet embraces prosecco, rose, and a choice of red and white wines from around the globe.
The Surf Buffet costs B999 net, Turf dishes a further B555 net and the wine buffet can be had for a further B555 net.
