26.04.2013

number of rooftop dining venues in downtown Bangkok.

For here diners have the opportunity to sample the unique qualities of Thailand’s first volcanic stone grill alfresco restaurant.

Dishes are freshly cooked on volcanic stones that retain heat for up to 20 minutes.  The stones have incredibly high internal temperatures, but the surface provides just the right amount of heat for customers to cook and eat as they sip vibrantly coloured cocktails and while the time away watching magnificent city sunsets.

The venue hosts private dining and parties or functions of up to 130 seated guests.  Remarkable 360 degree angles of Bangkok by night allow guests to view well known sights including Wat Saket, Anata Samakom Throne Hall, Marble Temple, Nang Leung Racecourse and Chitlada Palace.  Sports fans get eagle eye views of games in progress at the adjacent National Sports Stadium.

Located on the 25th floor of the hotel, measuring 915 square metres, the outlet covers two dining sections, namely La Vue and The Roof Restaurant, plus The Roof Champagne and Wine Bar, all of which open daily from 6 pm until midnight.
