Seafood Sundays at Centara Grand Bangkok – More than Just Seafood

20.07.2012

Centara Grand at CentralWorld has been providing fresh impetus to the smorgasbord of buffet lunches and dinners available throughout Bangkok in recent times.  Seafood Sundays proves to be no exception.

The new seafood style dinner buffet has been created by Executive Chef Paul Hoeps and his team, and features seafood from Australia and the Atlantic Ocean.  Diners have the opportunity to sample a wide array of seafood such as blue swimmer crab, rock lobster, Pacific oysters, sea crab, green mussels and shrimp.

But the choice is not limited to seafood only, with the buffet stretching throughout two venues: Ginger and The World Restaurants.  Japanese sushi and teppanyaki stations are in place, along with a Chinese section.  Other hot dishes include pasta, a range of soups and a carvery, while a staggering selection of breads, desserts and cheeses is also to be had.

Guest can choose to add free flow wine to their meal, with fine choices of both red and white wines being made available.

Other notable buffets on offer at the nicely situated hotel, that provides sweeping views across the city, are Foie Gras Night on Monday, Mexican Night on Tuesday, Lamb and Bordeaux Night on Wednesday, Wagyu Beef Night on Thursday, Australian Night on Friday and The Argentine Grill Night on Saturday.
