Chef Daniele Cason and his team served up a Piedmont Wine Dinner at Biscotti Italian Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel in Bangkok on October 18th.
Six famous wines from Piedmont were paired with specially created dishes such as Piedmont Veal Tartar, Slow Cooked Egg, Tonnata Sauce (paired with Gavi Sparina 2010), Sunchoke Risotto, Porcini Mushroom, Roasted Scallop (paired with Barbera d’Alba Dina Negro 2009), and Braised Short Rib, White Polenta, Chestnut and Barolo Sauce (paired with Barolo Dagromis Gaja 2007).
Although the wine dinner was for one night only, delectable dishes from the Piedmont menu will be available until October 27th, 2012.
