Chef Man-Sing Lee at The China House at the Mandarin Oriental
The China House at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok launched a promotion of outstanding Cantonese cuisine today (August 6th), when Michelin Star Chef Man-Sing Lee arrived from the hotel's sister outlet, Man Wah, in Hong Kong. Chef Lee will be preparing his special range of dishes until August 12th for both lunch and dinner seatings.

Chef Man-Sing Lee has been perfecting his Cantonese delicacies for the last 31 years. He joined Man Wah at the Hong Kong Mandarin Oriental around two years ago, and quickly helped the restaurant gain Michelin Star recognition.
