New Signature Cocktails at Bangkok's Four Seasons Hotel Sunday Brunch


An intriguing new set of four designer cocktails have just been unleashed on the city's Sunday brunch crowd, with the unveiling of The Pomelo Martini, The Apple Mar-Thai-Ni, The Mango Basil Martini and The Pineapple Ginger Mojito.

All are now available at Four Seasons Hotel's major outlets during Sunday Brunch.

Sunday Brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok has long been the perfect choice for those looking for an indulgent weekend treat with family and friends. With an opportunity to sample dishes from each of the Hotel's signature restaurants, including Biscotti, Shintaro, Spice Market and Madison; as well as fresh seafood and grilled meats; sensational Indian curries and freshly-baked naan bread; succulent Chinese roast pork and delectable dim sum; sauteed foie gras, fish roe and blinis; and much, much more, all washed down with free-flow bubbles, wines and beers, what more could one possibly want for the perfect, lazy Sunday?



And if that doesn't serve to whet the appetite, perhaps the new range of home-infused cocktails, served exclusively for Sunday Brunch, might do the trick.

Pomelo Martini - a refreshing blend of vodka infused with ruby red grapefruit and pomelo, rose syrup, grapefruit juice and fresh lemon juice, topped up with sparkling wine.
Apple Mar- thai-ni - vodka infused with fresh apple and lemongrass, combined with fresh apple and lime juice, for a martini with a taste of Thailand.
Mango Basil Martini - a punch-packing martini made with tequila infused with basil and mango, blended with tangy fresh lime and lemon juice.
Pineapple Ginger Mojito - a Thai twist on the classic mojito, this is a rich, thirst-quenching blend of ginger-infused rum, fresh mint leaves, fresh pineapple, fresh lime juice and brown sugar, with a splash of ginger ale. The perfect refreshment for the tropics.





The new signature cocktails are included as part of Sunday Brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, served every Sunday from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm. Sunday Brunch is priced at THB 2,700.00 per person for adults, THB 1,200.00 for children between 5 and 11 years, and complimentary for children under four years of age. Prices are subject to government tax and service charge. Advance brunch bookings are highly recommended.
