Meandering Down the River - Manohra Dining Cruise on the Chao Phraya in Bangkok
Manohra Dining Cruise guest Khun Pla enjoys a glass of wine while cruising past the sights
Some of Bangkok's most famous sights are at your fingertips as you journey along the city's fabled river, the Chao Phraya, sipping wine and savouring a nine course banquet. And there is something magical about the experience when you do it aboard The Manohra, a beautifully restored antique rice barge, especially after a thunderstorm when the air is crisp and fresh.
The dining cruise departs nightly from the Anantara Resort and Spa's private pier, and provides a compelling glimpse of Bangkok's heritage. Tantalising sightings of The Royal Palace and Wat Rakhang await, along with Phra Sumen Fort, The Royal Barges Boat House, The Royal Seminary, The Temple of Dawn and Santa Cruz Church.
