Marco Polo - East Meets West

The Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel hosted a dinner to celebrate the inception of the new East Meets West Cultural Dinner at the Imperial China Restaurant.

The Marco Polo Wine Dinner teams fine Italian wines, from the renowned Abbazia di Novacella winery, with exceptional Chinese cuisine prepared by Master Chef Chu Hong, from Hong Kong (left).

Established within the estates of a working 12th century Augustinian abbey, Abbazia di Novacella has produced premium wines from three major vineyards for centuries.  A selection of some of their most popular creations is now being served alongside Chef Chu Hong’s six course menu as an ongoing promotion.
