Love at First Bite at Blue Elephant

Lovers of Thai food are being enticed to visit the Blue Elephant Cooking School and Restaurant on Valentine's Day to sample Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe's new "Love at First Bite" menu.


The enchanting six course menu has been lovingly created with sweethearts in mind, and features a heady mix of creative ingredients designed to stir the passions of star crossed lovers.


Ginger, oysters and the well known magic powers of Thai herbs have all been added to tantalise and delight the special one in your life.

The first course consists of fresh Thai oysters from Surat, accompanied by duo of prawn croquettes. This is followed by the “Romance Starters”, ginger creme brulle with foie gras and black chicken spring roll, hor mok scallop and smoked trout salad with tub tim.


The “Shower Me With Your Love” course is a choice of either tom yam ginseng with black chicken, or bisque tom yam lobster.


“Love Fever” is the main course, and consists of snow fish makham, phad prik venison and green curry bird's eye chillies and roti.  These are accompanied by the “Close to You” coconut rice and baby pak choi.


The “Last Kiss” dessert features strawberry and passion fruit cheese cake plus santol in syrup and ice.


 

 

 

 

 

Couples who attend the special evening will have the chance to win a memorable accommodation package at the elegant Puka Boutique Resort in Chiang Mai.
