Indonesian Food Festival @ Centara Grand
Indonesian Ambassador H.E. Lutfi Rauf was the guest of honour as the Centara Grand at CentralWorld opened their Indonesian Food Festival on Friday 17th February.
The festival takes place at the Ginger Restaurant on the 24th floor from February 17th to 27th, 2012, and features the creations of visiting chefs Sarjito and Sumardi, from The Sultan Hotel in Jakarta.
The buffet will be available for lunch and dinner and will feature well known Indonesian favourites such as Rendang Daging (beef stewed in coconut milk), Ikan Colo-Colo (grilled fish with sweet soy and chilli sauce), Opor Ayam (chicken in lemongrass sauce) and assorted satay with peanut sauce.

Celebrities mingled with guests as the ribbon cutting ceremony was followed by an exhibition of traditional Indonesian dancing. The promotion is priced at 750++ baht per person for lunch (12pm-3pm) and 1,390++ baht per person for dinner (6pm-10pm). Reservations can be secured by ringing 02.100.6255.
