Executive Sous Chef Pongsawat Partumwan and his team at VIE Wine & Grill at VIE Hotel Bangkok are preparing a special Game Meat Menu throughout October, as an addition to the regular Monday to Saturday evening buffet.
A rare treat in Asia, the game meat has been specially imported from Australia for the occasion. Three distinctive flavours are on the menu: ostrich, venison and wild boar.

Diners can let their appetites run wild with these rich, dark and distinctive tasting meats. They can be matched with a glass of premium wine in a Wine Me, Dine Me promotion for 950 baht per person.
The buffet features the best of Asian and international cuisine, and includes a variety of appetisers, soups, crisp salads, imported cheeses and an assortment of cold cuts. There’s also a selection of fresh Alaskan king crab and New Zealand mussels, premium quality Australian Wagyu beef, veal tenderloin, and flavoursome lamb served with a choice of Café de Paris, red wine, Béarnaise, horseradish or cream sauces. Dessert lovers can also treat themselves to homemade ice cream and various traditional French pastries.
The MGallery Buffet is available from Monday to Saturday, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, while the game meat promotion last until the end of October.
