Exotic Tastes Excite Meat Lovers at Ambar Steakhouse in Bangkok

Ambar Rooftop Steakhouse, at Four Points by Sheraton, introduced their new exotic meat selection with a special sampling menu on November 15th 2012. 


The new items are not only considered delicacies, but are high on nutritional value.  Crocodile meat is often considered to have a taste that resembles a cross between chicken and crab.  It is a lean white meat that is low in fat, contains no cholesterol, and has a unique and delicate flavour.

Ostrich is also low in fat and cholesterol, but high in calcium, iron and protein, with a taste similar to lean beef.  Yellowtail Hamachi is greatly appreciated in Japan; its delicate texture is rich in flavour, is very low in saturated fat, and is full of B group vitamins.
