Celebrity Chef Daniel Green Launches Eat Well, Feel Well


Dusit Thani Bangkok welcomed internationally acclaimed chef Daniel Green to his launch of a new health food initiative in collaboration with the hotel.


Eat Well, Feel Well will introduce a range of healthy low fat menus that are catered to tempt the palate throughout every meal of the day, from breakfast to appetisers, soups, main dishes and desserts.


The aim is to provide a balanced and nutritious diet by introducing guests to the concept of food that can be healthy without compromising taste.

The programme has been designed to the finest detail by Daniel, and will be available to guests in all of the hotel's dining venues and through in-room dining. 

Daniel, who is known around the world as "The Model Cook" transformed his life when, as an overweight 18 year old, he decided to transform his life using a three year diet which resulted in his becoming a globe-trotting professional model. 

He has helped others to change their lives through healthy-eating, by steering devotees to gourmet meals using fresh and healthy alternatives to cream, butter and other fattening products.  Daniel's signature recipes are simple and easy to make.  They feature in five books which have sold worldwide.

Daniel has now signed up as Dusit Healthy Chef Consultant for all Dusit hotels worldwide, and will be attending Dusit Thani Bangkok's The Pavilion Restaurant until July 14th to launch the new healthy menu section.
