Bangkok's Biggest Wine Festival Opens at X Wine Z
Celebrity guests were in attendance when Bangkok's Biggest Wine Festival kicked off in Sukhumvit 39 on April 26th. The official opening ceremony was held at the new X Wine Z bistro whose mission statement is to provide "Fine Wine and Gourmet Food Journeys". The event opens to the public from April 27th and runs every night until May 5th.

Guests can travel around the world on their wine passport for the evening, sampling over 120 labels from every corner of the globe. Beer is also available and there are a range of food items including sushi, pasta and kebabs. Wine passports can be acquired at the start of your journey for 1,490 baht or 2,500 baht, depending on how many wines you wish to sample.
Italasia, Siam Winery, GFour, BB&B, Vanichwattana, Texica, Austro Thai, Moet Chandon and California Wine are among the wine importers represented. The event takes place on the establishment's two levels, but entry is limited to 300 tickets per night (270 regular tickets and 30 Gran Cru tickets).
